To automatically follow or unfollow Instagram profiles, you need to:

1) In the left menu of the program, select the section "Subscribe/Unsubscribe from accounts" (item 1 in the screenshot)

2) In the "List of Users" field (item 2 in the screenshot), specify a list of usernames of profiles that the selected account should follow or unfollow. Each username should be specified on a new line.

3) Specify the subscription or unsubscription interval in seconds in the "Interval (sec.)" field (item 3 in the screenshot).

4) Select the action goal: Subscribe or unsubscribe (Item 4 in the screenshot)

5) Click "Start Subscribing/Unsubscribing" (item 5 in the screenshot)

After this, the program will begin following or unfollowing the Instagram profiles you specified. The entire process will be described in the "Follow/Unfollow Log" field.
