1) In the left menu of the program, select the section "Account followers/subscriptions parser" (item 1 in the screenshot)
2) In the "Username" field, enter the username of your Instagram account (item 2 in the screenshot)
3) Specify the parsing interval in seconds in the "Parsing interval" field (item 3 in the screenshot)
4) Specify the parsing target (item 4 in the screenshot): Followers (those who are subscribed to the specified account) or subscriptions (those to whom the specified account is subscribed)
5) Specify the number of iterations (item 5 in the screenshot). This indicates how many times the program will attempt to parse followers or subscriptions. The program can retrieve 12 accounts (but not always) in one iteration.
6) Click "Start parsing" (item 6 in the screenshot)
After this, the program will begin collecting profiles from the Instagram account you specified. The entire profile collection process will be described in the "Send Log" field. Once parsing is complete (or when you click the "Show Parsing Result" button), the parsing log field will be hidden and the "Parsing Result" field will appear, displaying the retrieved profiles (item 7 in the screenshot).
